Yesterday, anxiety had me completely unsettled—my brain wouldn’t stop racing, my clothes felt uncomfortable, and I couldn’t focus. But by turning off my phone at 6 p.m., being mindful and present with my family, coloring, and going to bed early, I found calm and clarity.
