Your Table is ready!

Hey GRLs (and parents too!),

Growing up in the ’90s and 2000s, the idea of "seats at the table" was more like a brutal game of musical chairs. Imagine it: one chair left, the music stops, and every girl is scrambling, sabotaging, and fighting to claim their spot. It felt like there was only room for one—one girl to shine, one girl to lead, one girl to succeed.

But guess what? That’s not the game anymore. We’re flipping the script.

Today, we’re creating tables with more chairs. Seats for all girls—because when one of us rises, we all rise. Leadership, success, and opportunities aren’t limited resources. There’s enough room for every girl to share her voice, showcase her talents, and lead with confidence.

At The GRL Initiative, I’m building a space where every girl has a seat, and no one has to knock someone else down to claim their place. We’re fostering a culture of collaboration over competition and lifting each other up instead of tearing each other down.

So, pull up a chair. Let’s create, lead, and grow—together.

Join me at thegrlinitiative.com and be part of this movement to redefine the table.

Let’s make sure every girl knows there’s a seat waiting for her.
